Seniors! Make an appointment with Ms. Wood or Mr. Johnson to fill out the FAFSA! Once you fill out the FAFSA, stop by Ms. Wood's office to enter your name in a drawing to win a gift card to Chic-fil-a, Tropical Smoothie, or Chipotle! 3 winners will be drawn at the end of October!

Come out and cheer on the junior and senior girls at the annual Powder Puff Football game on Wednesday, October 23 at 6:00 pm here at Cyclone Stadium.  Admission is $3 or 3 canned goods, benefiting the junior class and the Culpeper Food Pantry. Come cheer on the junior and senior girls and let's see who comes out the winner, the class of 2020 or 2021!

Have a special talent that you would like to share with others? Consider auditioning for the Eastern View Talent Show which will be held on November 20th at 6:30 p.m. Auditions for the talent show will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29th and 30th from 2:30–4:00 in the Choir room. From now until the end of October drop your loose change into the Be the Change Jug located across from the library in the hallway. Proceeds will be split 50/50 to benefit The Culpeper Food Closet and the 2020 PTO Scholarship! That's right the PTO is going to be awarding 1 lucky senior a $500 scholarship.  By donating your loose change, you are not only helping make a difference within the community, you are also helping one lucky EVHS Senior.

Attention Cyclones!!! Make sure you stop by the Orange Table at lunch all week to write an uplifting message on an Orange Heart for your fellow Cyclones and help us decorate for #EVKindnessWeek next week!! @CCPSEVHS @easternviewsca @EVCyclonesCARE

The PTO is having a Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 25th from 6-8pm here at EVHS in the lower parking lot. The PTO would like your help by either donating candy or participating in the event by decorating your car and handing out candy. The most creative car will win a prize! Culpeper County Academic Booster Club began in 1992 to provide positive publicity highlighting student involvement in academics and extracurricular activities. Each week during the 2019-2020 school year, the Culpeper Star-Exponent will feature an Academic Spotlight article naming a deserving student with outstanding academic achievement in addition to school and community involvement.  Any student in grades 10-12 that made the honor roll within the past school year is eligible to apply. Currently, we are accepting senior applications starting today through next Wednesday, September 18th. Applications are available either online or in the EVHS library. Applications must be submitted online or to the library by 3:00 on the 18th.
