A message from your librarian, Ms. Groves: Hello, Cyclones! The library doors have been closed, but we are available to check out books to our EV Readers! Please take a look at the Destiny catalog and check out a book today! All virtual learners can also check out books. Book pick up will be on Wednesday mornings from 8:30-9:30 at the bus loop. Don't forget that we also have over 100 new ebook titles that you can download and read from your Chromebook or phone.

EVHS has created an Academic Boosters Club to recognize our students who are excelling at school as well as in the community. This year we will recognize students in grades 10-12. If you are selected, we will be recognizing you during the morning announcements, on the school marquee, in the Star Exponent, as well as on the bank marquee downtown. Please go to the EVHS website and look under the Parents and Students tab where you will find more information regarding the club, as well as the application and deadlines. The application deadline for Juniors is October 2.  Please email evhsacademicboosters@gmail.com for more information.

What’s cookin’ in the EV Café? Well for lunch today, our awesome food service staff will be serving chicken patty or pizza, broccoli, and fruit or juice.  If you are planning on getting lunch from the EV Café, you will need to order by completing the Google lunch order form on your Chromebook by 8:10 every morning so that our staff can plan how many lunches to prepare for that day.

Don’t forget to stop by the cafeteria every morning after you arrive at school to get breakfast, which you can pickup and take back to your classroom. Tomorrow’s breakfast will be waffle/pancake and fruit or juice
